Mobile menu click not expand after update theme

after update theme to latest version
all menu in mobile not expand
include user icon and cart icon not expand

please help

Hello,

Go to Plugins > disable and remove the XStore core plugin. After that go to XStore > Plugin Installer > install XStore core again. Go to Theme Options and re-save them.
Clear the cache and check the mobile menu after that.
Let us know about the results.

Disable XStore core plugin
Delete XStore core plugin
Install XStore core plugin from XStore plugin installer (auto activate the core plugin)
Go to theme options and click on publish
Disable all cache plugin

Access site from different browser, menu still not expand in mobile mode

Same problem. Mobile menu no longer functional after upgrade.

Menu from mobile panel appears to have same problem.

Please, log in to your CDN account http://prntscr.com/vg5wxg to allow us to clear the CDN cache once we do changes in files.
And check the FTP access that you provided, we can’t connect to your server http://prntscr.com/vg5zx9
