i Broke my site had to re install wp and now im trying to reinstall the theme. says i have used license already. I did on same site, can i get my license reissued so i can get my site back on line?

Please note that according to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project) – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
