    1) Mobile issue: As you can see I have asked for a blue background, published the changes, cleared the cache on WordPress and my iPhone but the background stills remain white for the row where social media icons are and the purchase tab row https://prnt.sc/vj6kai

How do I fix it so the background remains blue on mobile devices? It keeps showing a white background for the two rows I mentioned above.

    2) Mobile issue: How do I add a newsletter widget? I cannot drag and drop it in the header section within header builder… I managed to drag and drop successfully for the desktop editing section.

    3) Mobile issue: How do I add a main menu? I cannot drag and drop it in the header section within header builder… I managed to drag and drop successfully for the desktop editing section. Main menu I want is https://prnt.sc/vj6n99. I will still keep the three line tabs which display menu options.

    4) Mobile issue: I want to add more pages to this section https://prnt.sc/vj6opo

How do I add options? I was planning on creating pages myself then adding it to the menu.

    FTP details provided.

    Hello,

    1) Checked your site and bg is blue http://prntscr.com/vjhu5i
    2) I have passed this issue to our developers.
    3) Only mobile menu allowed for using for the mobile version of the header http://prntscr.com/vjhw9f
    4) Do you want to add pages to the mobile menu http://prntscr.com/vjhwqo Because the section from your screenshot includes only built-in features and elements, it does not include pages. If you just want to add pages to the mobile menu go to Appearance > Menus > create mobile menu with the pages you need, after that go to Theme Options > Header builder > edit Mobile menu and choose the menu you would like to show there http://prntscr.com/vjhxy0

Thank you for your response. You’re the best 🙂

    1) Not when viewed on a mobile device. It shows a white background. Bug? Edit: This is now fixed. How strange? I just kept doing what I tried the previous 20 times of hitting the publish button when making changes. Mobile view on a mobile device now works fine.

    2) Thank you. I look forward to a response.

    3) Thanks but how do I do what I want to achieve? Please check with your developer. I can wait until Thursday if required.

    4) Thank you. Understood 🙂

    Hello,

    1) Not sure about this. It worked for us from the very beginning.
    2) Developers told me that the Newsletter link is also available for the desktop version because very ofter the newsletter popup content is too large for the mobile device and does not look ok for this.
    3) There is no place to show the menu links for the mobile as on the desktop. Could you, please, provide us with mockup of how would links show for the mobile resolution and what layout you are trying to implement? Maybe we’ll be able to suggest something instead of the main menu element if the mobile menu does not suit your needs.

    Regards
