Thank you for providing the Admin Login details. Upon inspection of your site, I have noticed that there are 57 plugins activated and the “Medilazar” theme is activated as well.
If activating the Xstore theme is causing your site to crash, it is likely due to a conflict with a third-party plugin. Before activating the Xstore theme, I suggest deactivating all third-party plugins on your site and attempting again. If this resolves the issue, you can then reactivate the plugins one by one to identify which one is causing the conflict.
Alternatively, you can leave all third-party plugins deactivated and grant me permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customization. This will allow me to further investigate the issue.
Please note that it is recommended to take a complete backup of your site before deactivating any plugins to avoid any inconvenience.
