Hello,
I try to develop a multilingual eshop using Polylang (free version).
I want to use Header Vertical.
I read many topics in the forum. In one of them you suggested to make 2 different headers (“Use the multiple headers option to create different headers for the different language”).
I did it and i defined the language and the entire site in the options. But i had to luck.
Maybe if I disable default header? I can’t find if this option is available.
Please, tell me how can make the site multilingual using Polylang?
Thanks in advance.
Hello,
Could you, please, provide us with temporary WP Dashboard access to your site to check the issue in more detail and help you?

Hello,
The site is live and i rebuild it in new server. So i inserted the new IP in ‘hosts’ file of my computer. You should do the same to check the issue, could you?

Hello,
Two days have passed and I do not have any news.
Could you inform me when the problem will be solved? I have deadlines.

We have a lot of requests during these days, so take our apologies for the delay. We need a little bit more time.

Hello,
Thank you. The menu is working fine in both languages.
Is safe to update the theme (new version 7.1.3) without missing the modification?
How did you fix it? I ask because i like your theme and I would like to be able to use it in future projects without having to ask you to correct the same issue.
Regards
Hello,
Yes, it’s safe to update theme.
We used the Multiple headers option and created an additional header for the additional languages, chose conditions to show it, and chose the necessary menu for that header in the menu settings.
Regards
