Static Blocks doesn’t give me option to use visual editor

I can only edit via traditional editor which doesn’t let me do the layout like it shows in your demo. Because of this, the footer just has placeholder information in there which I can’t seem to get rid of before the site goes live tomorrow. Please help, thank you!

Hello,

Go to Settings > Visual Composer and select Content Types where VC editor should be used.
