I want to refund the theme after I downloaded / purchase it last night.
The Page Design specially on mobile is not what I expected including the Slide, it can’t be customize and the slide size is not responsive on mobile.

I just want my full refund on this one. Thank you

Hello,

Default slider element has limited options for mobile devices, it’s true. But if you need slider with advanced mobile options use the Revolution slider plugin https://www.sliderrevolution.com/faq/responsive-content/ that comes bundled with our theme. Go to XStore > Plugin Installer > install the Revolution slider and use it.

What other is wrong on mobile devices? Is it different from what you saw on our demo?

I thought slide on Mobile Device can be done with some vertical sizes like other themes but i was wrong. Also, I just viewed the demo on my desktop before I purchased it.

Hello,

Could you, please, provide me mockup of the mobile version of slide that you are trying to implement? Maybe we’ll be able to help you. Also, did you try the Revolution slider plugin? It allows changing the mobile grid size to vertical if you need.

The Mockup of Mobile Version is from one of the Ready Made theme of yours. I tried to edit the sliders, still no luck. Also, I tried to delete the sliders and add a new one to customize it but still, it is broken when viewing on mobile.

I would just like to refund for this. I hope you understand. Thanks

I have checked your site http://prntscr.com/vppvzo Could you, please, explain what is broken there? The slider is the same as for the desktop version but minimized.

We really want to help you but you need to provide more details and maybe screenshots for better understanding. Use the Lightshot screenshot tool to share the screenshot or mockup.
