I'm having a problem with the importer

    I’m trying to download a template, but I noticed that I get a 500 error. What can it be? Any updates?

    Provide us with temporary WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail, please.

    I don’t have FTP access on my server, only SSH.
    Would you like to provide the template import files https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/medical02/ for elementor?
    I didn’t find it in downloads.

    Hello,

    Contact your hosting provider to get FTP or SFTP access to your server. SSH is not suitable to edit files code if we need it.

    You won’t be able to import Elementor version correctly using only xml files because general options, headers can’t be imported from the Dashboard, only pages, products, media. So, it would be better if we find the reason of the problem and fix it.
