Hey, what am I doing while downloading the demo

Have you installed the latest versions of the theme and Core plugin https://prnt.sc/vvuhfm ?
Make sure you have checked all the server requirements before the installation https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/
Provide us with a screenshot of the error that you get. What demo version and on which page builder (WPBakery or Elementor) have you tried to install?
Use the Lightshot screenshot tool to share screenshots.

such an error when trying to include xstore core

Could you, please, provide us with temporary WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check? What demo do you want to install?
