How to Remove the Top Slider - by Mark - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi, I am using WPBakery and removed the slider revolution that has been replaced with a Layerslider’s theme. However, I am unable to remove the default sliders as they remain on the webpage. Also the new Layerslider theme seems to be lagging with the layers being delayed (causing shadows). Do you know how these issues can be fixed? Thanks

Provide some screenshots for better understanding, and temporary wp-admin access so we can take a closer look.

Hello,

We don’t have a special email for these purposes. So, use any email at your discretion.
We just need the username and password.

Hello,

We have removed the Revolution slider from the page headings.
Contact Layer slider plugin to get help with the layers because the issue appears even with the default theme https://gyazo.com/5567a625d285a07b4ef2f60050ace9d6 so, our theme is not the reason of the problem.
