Hello. I have a problem: I have to translate the “Search Engine” and “Use this form to find things you need on this site” strings into another language. I found them into theme-functions.php inside framework folder. I translated them but they’re still in English (regardless if I use a child theme or not).
How to solve? Thanks in advance.
Hello,
Please provide us with link to the page where are place this strings.

Robert Hall.
What you mean? I’m talking about the Search Form Popup placed in the header….so it appears in all pages. I really didn’t understand what you wrote.
Oh yes, sorry, now i’m understand you.
As I see you don’t have translated this strings into theme-functions.php file http://prntscr.com/59yvys

But since I’m using a child theme, I created the folder “framework” in my child theme and placed a translated theme-functions.php in it. This doesn’t work, does it?
Hello,
That text can be translated in .po file in wp-content/themes/royal/languages directory:
