    Hello,

Your site does not work http://prntscr.com/w0qbp4 and we can’t check the issue.
Please, make sure that everything is ok with your Cloudflare CDN and that your site is available for visiting from other countries.

    Regards

    Hi there,

This happened after the last update of the theme – numerous website users have reported this issue.

Note that we have closed traffic outside of US and CAN on purpose – you will need to use a VPN.

Also note that I have checked with host – there is no caching or CDN in place – Cloudflare also has the cache cleared and CDN disabled.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

We have checked your site and see that you use the old version of theme 7.0.2 http://prntscr.com/w2hf8u
Please, update the theme to version 7.2.1 and XStore core to version 3.2.1 and clear the plugin cache and CDN cache. Check the mobile menu after that. If you updated the theme in the backend but still have the out of date version on the Frontend then clear the CDN cache because it seems that you did not flush it.

    Regards

    Hi there,

I’m not sure why it is showing that – I updated to 7.2.1 right when it came out – please see attached: https://buybcbud.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/version.png

    Hello,

I suppose it’s because of your CDN cache. Log in to your Cloudflare panel and clear the cache. Maybe if you have any server cache then contact your hosting provider and ask them to clear the server cache. But I’m absolutely sure that you have the cached files and you can easily check it by yourself using Chrome inspector http://prntscr.com/w3a5z8
