May I ask why you divided them into 3 text blocks? They should be on the same text block.

Plus, I still cannot change the font size.

I’ve divided them to prevent using <p></p> tags and space between them can be simply changed from here now – https://prnt.sc/w14tbb Font size works fine – https://gyazo.com/4704286c8a5b4500a44717ac1d6366e7
If the text is added like this via paragraphs – https://prnt.sc/w15mdj , the font size is taken from Theme Options > Typography > Content > https://prnt.sc/w15lpp

But it should not be like this, right?

A user should able to change the text size in 1 text block.

I cannot divide them into 3 blocks, they must be in the same block

I am using Elementor on another website.

And the text editor is completely fine, I can change the font size without any issue:

1) If you want, the text can be placed in 1 Text element, but do not use HTML tags there.
2) No, via the browser console, paragraphs can be seen still https://prnt.sc/w15mdj
3) Here all fine also, but if you are using paragraph tag, font-size are taken from Theme Options.
I’ve edited the content of the page – 1 Text element without paragraphs and font size can be changed via settings of the element – https://gyazo.com/a5c7bdf8583b11346b3d720a465e92c7 You can check it now.

I am not sure why you were not able to remove it. Just click on the Text tab and edit, maybe try to copy the text, and paste it without tags in the same area, the next time.
