I have a XStore Blank page - by Antoine Cote

    I currently have my XStore blank page on customize section. What I need to do to retreive this section?

    Hello,

    1) Update theme and XStore core plugin to latest version (7.2.1 and 3.2.1)
    2) Check the server error logs. What errors do you have there?

    Is it possible Wihout to update the plugin to fix the problem.. I a huge website and we dont have to fix if it cause a bug or crash the website.

    Hello,

    6.1.5 version of theme is out of date version. So, it could be the reason of the problem. But you did not provide server error logs, so can’t be sure. Anyway, in your case, we would recommend you to create staging site (full copy of the existing site) and provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your staging site. We’ll help you with theme update, you’ll check if everything is ok. If yes then we’ll help you with the production site update.
