XStore Single Product Builder – Header area disappears on Product page

    I imported the Plumbing demo to my site. I wanted the single product page to look like the product page on the Niche Market demo.

    I set all the settings for the Single Product Builder for sections 1 to 8 to the same settings as the Niche Market demo settings. However, now on my plumbing demo site, the header has completely disappeared for the single product page. Other pages, the header is OK.

    Also, the width of the single product page does not match the width of the Niche Market demo.

    Please can you assist? What setting is it to enable the default header area in the customizer for Single Product Builder? Also, what setting caused the width to match the Niche Market demo?

    Please see private area.

    You will notice that the width of the link to the product page I provided is wider than the width of the Niche Market demo that I am taking the single product page layout from. Not sure where those settings are. I know there is a tab that allows you to turn on Wide layout in

    Single Product Page Settings > Layout > Full Width Layout = OFF

    This is turned off for both the original Niche Market demo site and the Plumbing dev site I am working on.

    I noticed that in both the Niche Market, and my dev site, in

    Customerizer > General / Layout > Site Layout = Wide Layout

    and

    Customerizer > General / Layout > Site Width = 1170
    .

    These settings are the same for both, but the width of the single product page is not the same. Some other setting that was in play before turning on Single Product layout is having an effect that is now not visible now that Single Product Layout is in force on the dev site.

    Hello again

    For the site width… I just reimported the Niche Market demo again, and now see that the Site Width is actually set to 1770 in the SIte layout for Niche Market, so will apply that width to my Plumbing dev site. Please ignore the question regarding width. I just need to know how to restore the header for the Single Product layout page, please?

    Sorry for the delay in answering.
    You have header overlap option -> on
    http://prntscr.com/w92dki
    On most prebuilt pages you have banners/sliders that’s why you see header as it.
    But on single product page there is no banners/sliders/images above all content so your header just overlapping the content -> http://prntscr.com/w92f9r
    You can create one multiple header with background or with header overlap option – off ( and many others settings could be changed as well if you want to ), then you will have your header on single product shown in normal view

    I left the default header for ordinary pages. i duplicated that and renamed the duplicate for Front Page Header and assigned that to only the front page.

    Then, I duplicated the default header again and renamed that Single Product Page header and assigned that to ‘All Products’. I want the Single Product header to look like the About Us and other ordinary page headers which have a background assigned to them. I edited the Single Product Page header and turned off Overlap. However, there is no setting to set the complete header background image. How do I do this? Can you help? it is no where in the instruction video you sent. This is the whole point in my query. I need the Single Product page header to look like About, COntact, Shop header etc. I cannot understand why it was not already?

    It seems that there is a flaw in the theme customizer. The setting for header background is outside of the header builder area and hence I am unable, it seems, to set a background image for the Single Product Page header that I just created. It is a white background with no image for the whole header like About & Contact pages. I need help with this.

    Can a default background for the single product pages be set in customizer at all, if not why not? and if not, can it be set with CSS?

    Seems like a major floor to me. I suggest that the developers move the header background setting to within the header builder.

    You stated “You can create one multiple header with background”. there is no option for a background. See my above posts for where I need assistance. I am stuck until I get an answer and the live site now has an Under Construction page on it until this is fixed.

    Sorry but I really need assistance on this and if frustrating that another day will go by with the site offline.

    Hello,

    Take our apologies for the delay in answering.
    Pages like About us, have no background image for header header, Header overlap is enabled there with transparent background and the bg image you can see, is an image of breadcrumbs. There is no such display when the Single Product builder is activated.
    “All products” can’t be selected in such a way, you need to set for categories, and select every of product categories – https://prnt.sc/wa7wk5 , then change settings of the header – https://prnt.sc/wa7xv5 https://prnt.sc/wa7y3e

    Thanks for responding.

    From your answer, it looks like I am unable to have the same header like other pages in the single product page builder since I can’t set one background image for Top header, Main menu, Bottom header and Breadcrumbs area, as with all other non-product pages.

    Thanks for your efforts explaining, but I will revert back to a standard product page layout, so I keep the same header for all pages. It is a shame this is not possible with the Single Product Page Builder. I see it as a flaw that needs addressing.

    Hello,

    One of our technicians changed the settings of the Breadcrumbs element in the Single product builder on your site. Check now – https://prnt.sc/wbay01 ( https://prnt.sc/wbayoa https://prnt.sc/wbavvj )
    If you want the same header on all pages, you can delete these custom headers – https://prnt.sc/wbawsa , and the Default one will be applied.
