Mobile menu missing on samsung mobile phone

My client, rosiepope.com, reports that the mobile menu is not visible on samsung mobile phones, but works properly on apple iphones. What light might you shed on this?

It is now fine. I was suggesting that others who move a site from sub-directory to root directory might need to know about allowing access to content via .htaccess.
