Problem to install xstore theme in my website

Hi! Im having a problem when im installing the theme that i bought.

I already have a website made with generate press and i bought xstore theme to improve the style.

The first problem is when i upload the theme, because appears a message that is installing and then said “the installation is failed”. Anyways, The theme appears but doesnt works very good.

Then we tried again and installed the theme by ftp, but is the same problem. When we try to edit, we cant see anything.

I dont know what to do, please help.

For the moment is not actived, but i can do it if you need to see.

Unfortunately, we don’t speak Spanish.

Before this make sure that Upload max filesize meets theme requirements https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/

If everything is ok but you still have the mentioned issue then provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site. We’ll help you with theme installation. Tell us if you want to install any demo content.

Hello,

1) As I can see XStore theme and XStore plugin installed. Do you want to import any demo content?
What version do you prefer?

2) FTP is still wrong https://prnt.sc/whhkmp

3) I see that you use Elementor Pro. Please, update it to the latest version to avoid any mistakes with the demo content import of the Elementor demo.

Yes, we already installed and we choosed the demo “niche market 02” but everything appears really mess (https://prnt.sc/whl4gr), and when we press theme options, appears a mistake and we cant continue fixing (https://prnt.sc/whl4su)

Also if we put elementor, the image is stock and also we cant do anything.
I cant see whats the problem.

We checked the server requirements and looks everything green (OK). (https://prnt.sc/whl55p)
Elementor is already updated to the latest version.

Any advance?

Hello,

The Elementor version was out of date (2.x) when you imported demo content the first time, which caused the error with the content. I imported demo content with the updated version of the Elementor and it works ok. Check, please.
