Main menu issue on mobile device - by teolivier

    Hi there,
    When we try to use the main menu on mobile devices and the shop page is open we get an issue. The menu does not have focus in the viewport (it is slightly greyed background instead of white background) and as soon as you try to scroll the menu down or open sub-menus or just touch it then it minimizes/closes down away from view.

    Please watch the video I have shared.
    First I showed how the menu opens and scrolls correctly (on home page), you can see its bright white background.
    Then I showed how the menu does not scroll when I try to, it just minimizes to left (on shop page accessed by using the All Categories on menu).
    Then I showed when I try to open a menu the same a happens, the menu minimizes before I can look or use the sub-menu items (on main shop page only).
    Other category pages etc everything works fine.

    Hello,

    We see some custom code that causes the mentioned issue. Provide us with WP Dashboard access to allow us to disable CSS minification and check where you added that code to remove it and fix the issue.

    We have applied many custom CSS, mostly received from 8theme for various reasons. Please see the commentary where we described it (most of it) and do let me know which one you changed so I can have a log record.
