i have put ever speed cache but its still just the same. somethin is not right. why this website load so slow n respond so slow.

Hello Risingvalue,

We are constantly working on the speed of XStore.
GTMetrix changed its testing system, and all the sites that had A, B scores get C, E or F. If we check your site using Pingdom we get much better results. Google Pagespeed (and now GTmetrix) always scores with 20-50 points mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress.

Then provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look at your settings.

Rosie,

We know that the theme is slow.

We need to accept it is rather than making out it isn’t. If it wasn’t then we wouldn’t have so many threads.

The most featured request EVER is to speed up the theme.

I doubt all our hosting providers are to blame.

Hello MichaelB,

We are working on the speed of the frontend itself now. When we finish the work we will start the admin part (customizer). Many things need to be considered, such as tests and the inheritability of updates. All should be step by step to avoid problems and make all gentle.
XStore is not slow – https://tools.pingdom.com/#5db89288b5000000 , but we know that there are things that can be improved and it will be done.
Sometimes slow speed can be a result of your hosting service. Because even with the default WP theme site speed could be slow.

The problem is totally related to the theme.
