Progress bar is not showing on mobile version of my site

I enabled progress bar option from.sales booster and found, it works fine on desktop version of my site but in mobile version the animation bar is not showing. Only the message is showing.

I checked that theme before you said. I attached a screenshot from the theme link you provided. There is a green animated progress bar as shown on the SS. This is not predefined. I want that green animated bar for my website too. Please fix it.
