I have installed WCFM on my site, since it is compatible and I saw a demo site on your presentation. But there is a major problem, the vendors can’t see their orders on the payment page and thus can’t request a withdraw… WCFM says the problem is the Theme since all the settings are ok…

Do you have any idea why it acts like that and if it really could be a problem with the theme?

    Hello,

Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate default WooCommerce theme Storefront. Test the vendor orders when the Storefront theme is enabled. Do you have the same issue? Provide us with the screenshots, please.

After that, you can switch back to XStore. Keep in mind that widgets could be messed up after the theme switching, so you will need to put them in place in Appearance > Widgets.

    Regards
