hi,
I am getting error when installing demo.
ontact-forms not installed 🙁

mailchimp not installed 🙁

media not installed 🙁

menu not installed 🙁

I tried serval time but not success.
can you explain how to fix that.

Hello,

Could you, please, provide us with link to your site and temporary WP Dashboard access?
If you check the site do you see the missing menu, images, newsletter form?

Hello @srinath,

Provide us with FTP access to your site. You installed out of date version of the XStore core plugin and this is the reason of the issue. We can’t update it via Dashboard because of file permissions https://prnt.sc/wpi3yx So, we need FTP to proceed.

P.S. or change permissions for the plugins to Read and Write https://prnt.sc/wpicas instead of Read only.

Please provide FTP access – FTP host, FTP user, FTP pass. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
