How to show (-) before sale percedance e.g -15%

Hi
I used a discount price in some products and I need the sale label to display only the Sale Percentage with (-) before the sale percentage. For example -15%.
I checked sale and out of stock settings but I can’t find out how to add (-) before the sale percentage.
Can you please help me with this?
