Broken theme and "media not installed" error upon demo import. Please help.

Hi, I just purchased the theme. I want to use the organic-cosmetics demo as it is. My server requirements are all correct.

The demo did not import how it should. It appears broken. I tried importing it multiple times and followed the instructions in the documentation. What else should I do?
