Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site, please. And provide us with the screenshot of the issue for better understanding. You can use the Lightshot screenshot tool to share screenshot.

Thanks for screenshots. Also, we need temporary wp-admin and FTP access (not cpanel). Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

Contact your hosting provider and ask them if they block outgoing/ingoing connections to our server 136.243.62.35

Hello,

1) Ask your hosting provider about FTP access to your site and provide us with FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password).
2) Screenshot of which settings does your hosting provider need?
