Issues with Mobile menu - by ishanag - on WordPress WooCommerce support

There is an issue with the mobile menu.
when we open the site ( https://sites.climbax.in/nutrabio the normal is blank – no drawer icon etc. only logo but sticky menu has all options but only shows while scrolling up )

also on mobile the bottom menu can’t be clicked

Theme Options > Header builder > set a color for the Mobile Main header – https://prnt.sc/xhrrrg
Could you record a video or provide some screenshots of what exactly can’t be clicked?
