    Hello,
When i make changes on the theme options, usually but not exlusive to when changing colours ie on header, i can see the change take effect on the back end, but when i save, the front end remains the same. This is somehow erretic, as after changing some more settings, the front end will eventually catch up. But it does not seem to be dependant on an exact action.
    Any ideas?

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
Have you cleared cache? Provide URL and temporary wp-admin access.

    Regards

Do you mean the browser cache?
I tried using several browsers, private browsing, different ips.
If you are referring to caching plugins, i don’t have any atm
The changes eventually took effect, but you understand I cannot setup a website if i cannot preview the changes immediately.

    Hello,

Do you change the header setting? What version did you install? Make sure that that version does not come with multiple headers https://youtu.be/BpeXfzNwkOc
If it comes with multiple headers you need to change both headers, not just the default one.

    Regards

The version is 7.2.4.1. The template i am using has 3 headers, top, main and bottom.
What do you mean by “you need to change both headers”?
Every time i make a change on one header, i have to make a change to the other as well?
    I don’t get it.
By the way, I added images to menu items, and one of them is refusing to show up.
So I am assuming the cache thing is not exclusive to headers.

    Olga meant demo content version.
Have you watched this video – https://youtu.be/BpeXfzNwkOc ? Here is an example of 2 headers that can be edited – https://prnt.sc/xwq2uo
If you have there only 1 default header – https://prnt.sc/xwq4ac , all your changes should be visible. Do you use a cache plugin or Varnish server cache? Temporary disable the cache at all, clear cache of your browser, and then edit the header. Once all changes will be done, just enable the caching back.

    Regards

Thanks for clarifying, no i am using just one header, the one from niche market you sent above.
I am not using any caching at the moment, that’s what makes all this weird.
There is another issue I experienced, the sorting of products by price is not working, either on the front or the back end, the result is random and not ascending or descending.
I just saw you asked for url and credentials, should I post them in the Private content area?

About the Price filter, add a few new products – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/ In case you have only imported demo products on the site, there can be strange behavior of the widget.

Yes, create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

    Hello,

Let’s solve questions one by one to prevent a mess. If you have new questions, post them via a new topic – https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/
    1) Changes of the header. We’ve detected that Varnish cache is used on your site – https://prnt.sc/xz2unz If you do not know about this, it was installed from the server side. Contact your hosting provider and ask for temporarily disabling it.
    2) I’ve changed the Price widget (Appearance > Widgets > Shop sidebar). It works now – https://prnt.sc/xz38ri
    3) About pagination – You installed the Infinite Scroll and Ajax pagination plugin but missed to set correct selectors – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination-settings/ So, either set correct selectors or disable the plugin to use the default pagination.
After doing this check how the pagination works via an incognito window of your browser. Because the result can be not visible due to the Varnish cache effect.

    Regards
