Hi, Urgenty Support needed. My Website is working fine but everytime I press add to cart, it just keeps rotating endlessly and nothing gets added to the cart. Ive tried several things such as:
Clearing Cache, Uninstalling useless plugins, Updated PHP Version, but nothing works.

Also, Your theme isn’t working on anything above PHP 7.0 and its very very slow :(.

Please help me solve this issue please, I have a running store and get orders daily and because of this I’m facing big losses :(((

    Hello,

Please update the theme and Core plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
Clear all cache after the update, and try to add a product to cart then.

Our theme supports PHP 7.4.5v. What problems do you have with PHP 7.0?

    Regards

I did what you asked me to do but now products are not being added to the cart and there is a big white circle at the bottom of the theme:

    Hi,

What php version do you want to use? 7.4? Create a staging site (full copy of the existing one), update the PHP there, provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access. I will ask one of our technicians to check it. But make sure that all plugins that you are using are compatible with the desired PHP version.

I am using 7.2. Php 7.4 isnt working with your website.
no need to make stagging, you can just test on the live version, I’ve provided the credentials.

Only the plugins installed by the theme itself are being used.

    Hello,

Clear the browser cache to get normal view of the add to cart button. I checked it and add to cart option and it’s ok https://gyazo.com/8387e1ba079f858f4c1064693f7aadd7

Also, our theme supports PHP 7.4, so update your PHP to 7.4 and reply back if you get the error. Provide FTP access. We’ll check it in more detail.

    Regards
