Hello,

Try to update the theme via FTP – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
You need to clear cache after the update.

may i know where i can download the 7.2.4 file?
since i download from themeforest and its still 7.2.3 version

Version 7.2.4 is already available on ThemeForest. So, log in to your account and try to download it again.
