    I’m having issues with the product images displaying another set of previews at the bottom, as well as the magnifying/zoom being enabled even though I’ve disabled it.

    It seems to be a conflict between plugins but I cannot find what that plugin is.

    If i can get this resolved that’ll be great thanks

    Disable WooLentor – WooCommerce Elementor Addons + Builder plugin, clear cache and check then.

    Yes it’s working correctly now, Thank you.

    I seem to be having another issue with the the Title, color, sizes, and add to cart section. it seems to be stuck on loading that section.

    Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache, check how it works then. Let us know the result.

    I’ve tried as suggested, some pages/items seems to have worked, but for some pages ( especially those with more than 4-5 items) seems to have issues. Am i missing something?

    Yes i do plan on using the variation swatches.

    I’m not sure i understand the FTP part, but I have provided needed the admin rights.

    Hello,

    Take our apologies for the delay in answering. We need not just WP Dashboard access but also FTP access, access to your files. If you don’t know your FTP access, please, contact your hosting provider and ask them. They will be able to send you FTP host, FTP username and FTP password.
    Provide it to us to allow us proceed.

    I’ve spoke with my hosting provider and they said to use the following.

    I know it’s the same, but retry it, and if doesn’t work then I’ll figure something out.

    Please update as soon as possible. I have my providers attention at the moment and it would help speed things up if we’re able to communicate at the same time.

    It seems to be working now thank you so much.

    I’ll do more testing to see if anything else is off. For the time being If any issues should arise, i will definitely let you know.
