Hi.

I wanted to import demo content but it shows few error message when i try to import from wordpress dash board. Also I try install them manually but It is still not works.

I try search forum about this problem so I have increased word press memory limit to 512MB or etc. but it still not works with every effort on my side.

When i install demo content from import menu it shows below error messages.

Failed to import shop_order_status cancelled
Failed to import shop_order_status completed
Failed to import shop_order_status failed
Failed to import shop_order_status on-hold
Failed to import shop_order_status pending
Failed to import shop_order_status processing
Failed to import shop_order_status refunded

I want to try out every demo content that legenda theme provide but I can’t not even import classic version now.
could you help me?

Hello,

Have you installed Woocommerce plugin before the theme installation or after it?
Please try to reinstall Woocommerce and install its demo pages.

Hi.

I have tried that many times.
I delete everything and every data base and tried also reset the wordpress with resetting plugin etc.
I don’t see any differences at all.
Everytime it shows that error messeages.

I can see slider and shop pages but, it doesn’t look same as demo pages.
It doesn’t include category and features such as featured post and newsletter when I click shop page.

can you find what was the main problem for loading demo content?
I followed step correctly so I do not know problems.
because I want to try other demo contents as well.
I tried import candy shop demo by importing XML_Data on dashboard and import settings.txt on theme option but it is missing lots of features and fonts are not changed for some places, also revolution slider is not loaded for candy demo.
