Synchronize translation – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ , and then try to find strings.
Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

Hi,

You need to translate the parent theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/ (even when the child theme is activated) The child theme should be translated only in case you added custom code in child theme that includes localization functions.
You did not create translation for XStore Core plugin, check now – https://prnt.sc/y1723v > https://prnt.sc/y174fh
Theme Options > Header builder > Search https://prnt.sc/y17g92
