Добрый день, не могу обновить тему и плагин

Выходит сообщение: При обновлении XStore произошла ошибка: Архив не удалось установить. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us.
Try to (1) deactivate theme in XStore > Dashboard and activate it again using your purchase code. (2) After that you need to go to WP Dashboard > Updates > press “check updates” link to force check and clear cached links and only after that try to (3) update theme and XStore core plugin.

С Вашей помощью у меня получилось обновить плагин. Ну темя попрежнему не обновляется выходит ошибка PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Have you re-activated the theme, as was mentioned?
Have you tried to update via FTP?
If you need our assistance with the update, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, confirm that a full backup is created.

Да я пробывал деактивировать тему и активировать снова. Обновить чезез WordPress также не получается.

Я обновил тему через FTP, скачал ее через themeforest.net. Я понимаю, что версия там не последняя v.7.2.4. Где я могу скачать архив последней версии темы v.7.2.4.1?
