Non riesco ad aggiornare ricevo questo errore

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us.
Try to (1) deactivate theme in XStore > Dashboard and activate it again using your purchase code. (2) After that you need to go to WP Dashboard > Updates > press “check updates” link to force check and clear cached links and only after that try to (3) update theme and XStore core plugin.
OR update the theme via FTP – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
OR provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can help you with the update.

Ho già disattivato il tema anzi addirittura ho disinstallato WP e rifatto tutto da capo, farlo tramite FTP non cambia nulla perchè la versione che mi avete dato è la 7.2.4 non ho la versione 7.2.4.1

Non riesco a fare nulla qualsiasi tema scarico non riesco più a disinstallarlo e qualsiasi tema non funziona sicuramente perchè il plugin non è aggiornato in pratica non posso usarlo
