XStore – glitch on the White Label Branding option

Hi

Not sure when this started happening, but the White label branding is showing the text that I set in the ‘Custom menu label:’ in the admin area, but when I open a new browser tab to view the site, it shows the text ‘Xstore’ for the admin menu label instead of the text I set. It was previously working, to my knowledge, and maybe the last update caused this?

What version of the plugin do you use?
Please provide screenshots for a better understanding the problem.

Hi Rose

I just realised that the XStore white label branding plugin does not inform us that there is an update like Core does.

Prior to your reply, it was 1.0.1. I have just updated it to v1.0.3, but my issue persists.

I’ll get back to you in a while with screenshots and login credentials if that helps.

Dear Barterby,

It is fixed for the site of Themadguru, due to his request. For all other customers, the fix will be included in the next theme update (it will be released within 2 weeks).
If you want to get the fix on your site earlyer, submit a new topic here – https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/ , provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access via Private Content area.

Hi Rose

Thanks for fixing the dev site. I have multiple licenses, so I would like to personally apply the fix to the other sites. Can you let me know if it was just the White label branding plugin that was fixed or the theme or maybe the Core plugin? I can then replicate the fix on my sites.
