Hello,

First of all, I really like your theme. It is very simple and functional.

However, I have two questions on which I support your support.
1 – After adding a product with variable attributes, the page of that product always crashes on the site, that is, it is very slow.

2 – After adding any product to the shopping cart, on the cart page the process is very slow.

That is, both pages are very slow.
Can you check it please?

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
I do not see any issue with speed. Try to clear cache and check one more time. Maybe check from an incognito window of your browser.
Could you record a video of the problem?

Hello,
I made a recording so you can check the delay.

In the video it is not possible to see, but the cursor, when I do circles, is because it is jammed and the site is slow.

Can you please prove it the same way I made the video?

What version of your browser? Make sure that is not very old and there is no any extension that may affect the work of it.

Hi,

I tested it now in a different browser, in Safari and there is no problem, it works well.

But in Google Chrome it is very slow … you can confirm in this browser?

I also need your support to: Activate Breadcrumbs on the single product page; and also if possible, add the side menu of the categories on the single product page.

I’ve tried, but I can’t find the functionality.

I tested your site via Chrome browser, it works fine.
Maybe you need to clear cache of the browser – https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&hl=en , or maybe some of extensions on your browser causes the issue.

Go to Dashboard > Pages > edit Shop page > select Breadcrumbs Style. If you need breadcrumbs on Single Product pages, but not on the Shop page, add this code in Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS:

.archive.woocommerce .page-heading{ display:none; }

Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > add content into Single product page sidebar, then go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product page > Single product layout > Sidebar Position
