I’m having trouble viewing woocommerce pages. Basically when I view a category, at the bottom I can’t see the number of pages and I can’t scroll through all the products.

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
You installed the Infinite Scroll and Ajax pagination plugin but missed to set correct selectors – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination-settings/ So, either set correct selectors or disable the plugin to use the default pagination.
