Not able to make new page - by Youp - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello,

After downloading and using the Xstore theme, there seem to be a conflicit when creating a new page.

I got the following error:

TypeError: r is not a function

When i’m dissabling the XStore Core plug-in the problem is solved.

What can i do to make it work again?

I also can not install plug-in with the theme plug-in installer, only with uploading by myself. The requirement seems to be good. So here is the contact

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check then.
Please provide correct temporary wp-admin access – https://prnt.sc/xzn9o5

Hi Rose,

I already tried to do this. It looks like the XStore Core plug-in is the cause of the problem. You can find the right wp-admin acces in the private area. Hope you can help me.

EDIT: I saw there is a update for the Theme but whem i’m try to update i got the following message:

An error occurred while updating XStore: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

I do not see any problem, a new page was created – https://prnt.sc/y03zms Here it is now – https://prnt.sc/y0405t
7.2.4.1 update of the theme is not required, you can skip it.

EDIT: It’s looks like it’s only happening in my account.. Tried in your account and have no problems

Hello,

It is strange, try to check the permissions of accounts. Maybe support of your hosting provider will be able to assist you. We do not see any reason for the problem from the theme side.
