Hello, I am having problems with shipping address. I can not select a different country or city https://prnt.sc/y5u6sx Please is URGENT because orders can not be finished.

Hello,

Do you have this problem when a default theme (Storefront) is activated on your site?
These fields are independent of our theme, so check your WooCommerce shipping settings
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/
