Hi

You can add your category in menu by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Menu and click on screen option button at the top then select Product Categories Check box https://prnt.sc/yanq7j after that select your product category according to your requirements. https://prnt.sc/yanvv6

Please download file from this page – https://dropmefiles.com/uJpj4 it is a template of the footer block.
Enable Elementor for static blocks – https://prnt.sc/ym7oky , create a new static block > click here – https://prnt.sc/ym918q > upload template file – https://prnt.sc/ym9218 > https://prnt.sc/ym954d > edit and save this static block.
Go to Appearance > Widgets > Footer area, select the block.
