Min/Max Quantity products for Woocommerce problem.

Hello I have a problem with all the plugins to place a min and max product quantity.
If I place a minimum quantity of one product like “2” when I put the product into the cart only is adding “1”. All ready I try to remove the ajax option cart, when is disable that option I´m having another problem, if I refresh the webpage automatically the site is adding another product to the cart.
Please can you help me?
You will find the acces to my ftp on the private area. That´s my second post for that issue.

We have check your website URL cart option it is working absolutely fine. Will you please send us highlighted screenshot or make a short video so that we will provide you best solution.

hi try to add this item to the cart, and let me know how many items can you see into the cart.
minimun quantity is place on 2.

Helo again. Sorry I belive that the problem is my level of english, sorry. Can you check the video. As you can see on the video the minimun amount of “tumbona” is 2. If I press the buttom “comprar” (buy) only is adding one into the cart. Thank you.

Kindly check this Video Screenshot we have add product in cart and it is working fine. We will recommend you kindly check your website after removing cache or text on another browser it might be some browser or cache issue.

HI Robert,
As you will see in this new video the problem is happenig first time that you access to the item, ok? if you thouch the buttom “-” or “+” to change the quantity its working fine, but if not you will add only one insted of two, and that is not ok for me. I try many browser even on mobiles or tablets, and the results are the same in all of them. Please help me to fixed.
You have in the private area another website with the same pluging working perfectly even the first time that you add the item without thouch any thing on the page.

Hi

Please check your website after deactivate 3rd party plugin if you are using this theme package , also check with second cart style where your Min max sku working fine and let us know if you still facing any issue, so that we will refer your mentioned issue to our developers team they will look forward this issue.

Hi Robert,
I tried to desactivate all the 3rd party plugins as you said, and nothing change, please forward this problem to the developers team. In the private area you will find the access to wp and the ftp as well. Thx for your help and lets pray to be fix it as soon as possible.

Update 17:06:
Now I added another pluging from YITH WooCommerce Product Add-Ons (I found it in Xtore/plugins woocommerce in your theme)
Same problem, doesn´t work properly. The problem is coming form the ajax of you theme. The point is that I don´t want disable the ajax because if a customer refresh a product page is adding another items automaticly.
Please fix the problem with the ajax because I can´t add any pluging related with the cart to my website.

Hello,

Point is that plugins like Product Add-Ons use the POST method and do not work with Ajax add to cart option. We can’t add support of Ajax add to cart for these plugins from our theme. But we were able to fix compatibility with the Min/Max Quantity plugin.
Check your site now.
