Image frame is not visible - by taylanism

    Hello!

    images frames are visible from demo of theme xstore but when I upload my new images, products frames of these images are not visible
    how can I solve this problem? thanks

    Hello,

    Please provide some screenshots for a better understanding.
    You can use the Lightshot screenshot tool to take screenshots and share them.
