Importing email templates code – doesnt keep my translation

    Hi i wonder if you can help me .. i translated (i use qTranslate-XT) correctly (and they working correctly ) few email templates … others do not get the translation at all .. (completed order email for example) .. so i tried to export the email template code of working translated email and import into the template of not translating emails and still not working .. i dont understand why ? this import-export email template code should work for all emails or not ?

    i managed to get translated New Account email – New password email – Order suspended email .. and now Order processing email doesnt accept the translation …not even a simple word (order n. ) see screnshot https://prnt.sc/ynqwpd .. now i have half mails translated and the most important email like Order Completed /Order in process / not translated … pleasse HELP

    Make sure you placed translation files of the theme into the /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder with correct names (language name and xstore theme suffix, e.g xstore-de_DE.po, xstore-de_DE.mo).
