    Hi

    How do I set/change the screen resolution width at which the header changes to the mobile header. I’m using the Nichemarket demo import and want to improve the slider text which is dissappearing behind the ‘All Departments’ menu dropdown on the landing page.

    Hello!

    Thanks for getting in touch with us. My name is Muhammad and I will be your support rep.

    I am sorry but there is no option for breaking points of header available at the moment. Can you please explain how do you want the department menu to work. Do you want to hide it or open it on click only?

    Can you please elaborate so I can help you in a better way?

    Thank you!

    Hi Muhammad

    Thank you for replying so promptly. I understand how to hide it or open it on click only thanks.

    I’m trying to make it work better with the slider element which is configured to the right of it on the landing page. I’m finding that some of the slider text appears behind the departments menu at some screen resolutions, (e.g. iPad air in landscape, 1024) so I thought if I could change the resolution point at which the department menu is replaced by the mobile menu I could improve the situation. I’m also finding that the text has stopped appearing completely on some slides when using the iPad in portrait. Not sure why as I’ve just copied a couple of slides and changed the wording (WPBakery).

    I’ve tried the revolution slider instead however the break points appear to be different again – maybe I just need to play around a little more!

    Any suggestions would be welcome.

    Thanks
    Ian

    Hello!

    Can you please try the below CSS code? you just have to add it to the custom CSS section of theme options.

    .home .container.justify-content-start.align-items-center {
        left: 25px;
    }

    Please let me know if you need any further help with this.

    Thank you!

    Hi

    Thank you, that certainly sorts out the text behind the Departments dropdown.

    I’ve found that I have to build each slide seperately and not just copy a previous slide for the text to present properly.

    Thank you for your help.

    Cheers
    Ian

    Hello,

    Problem with text on your slider caused by responsive values that you set for the slider title and subtitle https://prnt.sc/zme0kb . Either set smaller value https://prnt.sc/zme9t3 or choose px in units drop-down.

    Regards

    Thank you .

    Is there a way to change the slideshow timing so that each slide is on the screen longer please? I can’t see a configuartion item to control it. Maybe I need to use Revolution Slider to do that rather than the WPBakery element?

    Thanks
    Ian

    Hello!

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to control the slide time with the wp bakery swipe slider. You will have to use other slider plugins like layer slider or revolution slider.

    Thank you!
