Hello, I have two problems with various aspects of my account page:
1- How can I eliminate the gray stripes that appear on the sides of the breadcrum? In the rest of the pages of the theme it does not appear, but here they appear. You can view the attached image.
2- How can I translate the welcome text? I don’t know how to translate this text no matter how much I search for it in loco translate. You can also see it in the attached image.

Thanks for your help.
Hey there,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
With respect to the questions here:
1. It appears that Wordfence is blocking IPs / countries within your site. COuld you kindly temporarily disable this feature so that we are in a position to access your site backend.
2. Please translate the Strings from the Loco Translate > Themes > XStore. Create or select a language of your preference and search for the Strings to translate.
Let us know how it goes.
Kind Regards
1. I don’t have the Wordfence plugin installed on the website, I don’t know why this error happens to you. Try browsing with a proxy from Spain.
2. I can’t find those strings in loco translate -> themes -> xstore
Hey there,
Thanks for writing back.
1. Sorry, it still doesn’t work. Perhaps this could be enabled on the server end. However, please try adding the following CSS code within the Xstore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS section:
.woocommerce-account .page-heading {
background-color: #fff;
}
2. Make sure that you Synced your translation with the latest version of pot file, read here https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ Search for the mentioned string after that.
I hope this helps.
Kind Regards
I comment:
1- This code worked for me, but I had to modify one thing. I had to put:
background-color: transparent;
This way, it takes the background color that it had as in the other pages.
2- I understand what it says and I have synchronized all the strings. But those texts are not found in the files using Loco Translate. Going to the theme via FTP I have located the .POT file that contains the strings, but I do not understand how the Loco Translate plugin does not show these strings …
Hello,
2) Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site to check the translation issue.
Regards
