I would like to modify the order of how the info comes out in products (I attach photo) and also the size of it

Hello,

1) Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Products style > Contenido De Elementos De Producto. You can select what elements to show on the Shop page, but not their order.
2) Do you mean color of these elements https://prnt.sc/105np0o ? Go to static blocks > edit “After the products info” block using elementor > https://prnt.sc/105nr1s

2) no, I am referring to the main color of the theme, for example the color of the woocomerce button, when I am in appearance, the chosen color appears but when I leave, red still appears on the web

You need to clear all cache (plugin and cache of your browser).
I do not see read buttons on your site.
Clear cache and create a screenshot of buttons that you mentioned.
