    how to change whole theme colour globally

    Hello,

    What demo version have you installed? WPBakery or Elementor?
    Theme Options > Styling and Typography settings. Some demo versions have custom CSS for color, you can find it in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS.
    Also, edit pages and change colors in settings of elements.

    Yes, some settings affect a few elements, but our theme allows you to customize a lot of parts separately, and you need to check such settings one be one.
