I want to change the text in red frame to Thai language, I have to go straight to edit it.

Hello,

You need to translate the Core plugin, as you did for the theme.
Loco translate > Plugins > XStore Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System > find and translate strings.

Hello,

Install Loco Translate plugin. After that go to Loco Translate > Plugins > XStore core plugin > Sync translation https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ and translate the menu string.
