Product Page Display Question - by Ainsley

Why is the “Product Description” (long format) and related items so far down on the page? It should display under the short content at the top, but I can’t figure out how to fix that. Here’s an example: https://bigstuff3efi.com/product/gen3-to-gen4-ecu-upgrade-kit-euk/

Hello,

Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product page > Tabs > change Location Of Product Tabs. Or delete some widgets from Shop sidebar (Appearance > Widgets).

The only options are for “Under Content” (which is what I had it set to) or “next to image” which did NOT fix the problem. Deleting widgets from the sidebar is also NOT helpful because then that reduces the overall functionality of the theme.

Hello,

There is no such option. It’s possible to achieve either additional customization of the existing single product layout using child theme or use Single product builder.

Please consider fixing this in an upcoming version. It is very confusing to the user to have to scroll so far down the page. If I had known this problem before, I would NOT have purchased this theme!! 🙁

The https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ link you sent does not work, it goes to an Error 404 page.
I tried the Single Product Builder and was NOT able to fix the layout to how it is needed. It would be very helpful if you could share the configuration to mimic the link you provided.
