CANNOT VIEW PRODUCT PAGE WITH woocommerce shortcode

    Hello, we have pages created with woocommerce shortcode but we realize that it only shows as in mobile version.

    It does not show normally as before, what could be happening?

    Hello,

    It looks like a critical error. Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can check it more deeply.

    Thanks for the wp-admin access.
    We need FTP access also. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
